The working principle is as follows:

Shot blasting particles have a certain impact force, which can remove the oxidation layer, rust and other dirt on the surface of the workpiece. At the same time, the spray gun will release cleaning agents (such as water or solvents) to help clean the surface of the piece.

Shot blast particle recovery and reuse: During the cleaning process, shot blast particles bounce back after contact with the workpiece surface and are recovered by the recovery system. After screening and cleaning, the recovered shot blasting particles can be used again to realize the recycling of shot blasting particles.

Discharge system: The cleaned workpiece leaves the shot blasting machine via a chain conveyor system, usually suspended and transported by a lifting device.
